Established in 1893, the West Indies Rum Distillery has a long history of producing rums of exceptionally high quality. Don Benn and his team are masters of complex fermentation techniques. To help achieve our authentic blend, the team reawakened the classic 19th century Old Gregg Farm Pot Still to create key marques including the “JAWS” High-Ester component.
